Wonderful people make for a wonderful experience I have bought many cars from a lot of different Dealerships in my lifetime, and this was the best experience I've ever had. This was the first time bu I have bought many cars from a lot of different Dealerships in my lifetime, and this was the best experience I've ever had. This was the first time buying a BMW and with BMW of Catonsville. Jeff Beck was our sales rep., and who couldn't have been more helpful. Jeff took a lot of time with us to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase. We test drove a couple cars, and spent a good deal of Jeff's time going over the benefits of each. Throughout the entire process Jeff was very patient, curtious, and genuine. If we had a Daughter, he'd make a great Son-in-Law. Larry Cash, who did the most of the paperwork, got through the process as quickly as possible. This we appriciated!!! Larry was very thorough in his discription of the process and programs BMW had to offer. We did buy an extended warranty, something I never do, you can ask my Wife. I consider Larry a true professional. Justin Allen is the true Genius of BMW of Catonville, when it comes to the cars operating system. Without Justin I wouldn't be able to turn on the radio. Kidding, of course. Justin, was able to go over the navigation system in detail as well as anything we need to know. Great young man. Overall, we would recommend BMW of Catonsville to everyone we know. Thanks for being such good People. More
