Every employee from the manager to the detail crew were friendly and attentive as well. After the car was delivered, I needed assistance with the some of the unfamiliar technology. Brian arranged for Melanie, the BMW product expert, to explain and guide me through some of the new features. Melanie was excellent and very knowledgeable. 5 star dealership. More
