Korey walked us through the procedure for having the vehicle towed to the dealership and then picking up a loaner vehicle. Korey stayed in contact with us for hours until the vehicle had been picked up and delivered to the dealership. He was required to work overtime in order to make sure that his customers received excellent customer service. Jamie arranged for us to have a 2022 BMW X5 with M package as a loaner car, while his car undergoes the required repairs. This X5 was identical to the X5 that had special ordered from the dealership in 2019. It was like having my old vehicle back only better. The loaner vehicle is fully loaded with the M package and also the driver assistance professional package, that my husband has in his current BMW. Once again, Jamie provided not only outstanding, but also individualized customer service. She remains an asset to the staff of BMW of Catonsville, as well as the BMW brand. More
