Purchase of Used Car My experience at BMW of Columbia was very positive. I was able to test drive two cars more than once, not to mention, I test drove them alone. He gave me space to think, and overall I did not feel rushed or pressured. I felt they were fair and honest in our discussions, and after it was all said and done, I walked off the lot with a new Used Toyota Avalon. There is no Better person to buy a vehicle from!!! I got the royal treatment with a awesome video game room and all the slushys I could drink, not to mention I had three of my employees there with me and they absolutely loved the experience, I brought them along for moral support but lost them when they found the video games and slushys Lol. Mike you are awesome I love your humor and how comfortable you made me feel while I was there...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! First time Beemer Jonathan worked very hard to find exactly what we wanted. Very good communication and updates as well. When credit card was declined ( wrong number input) he rudely declared immediately it was rejected without even considering what he said or his error possibility. My wife was very offended at the manner and asked for his apology.....he said he guessed he should apologize......that was it. Done with him. Also when we were paying that day for delivery 3 days later when asked about moving dates forward for warranty he would redo....... it could tell it was an imposition. More

We had purchased a 2012 X3 from your dealership in the past and definitely wanted to come back for our new vehicle. We had also worked with Brad Davis in the past and were happy to see he was now at BMW of Columbia. Brad is a pleasure to work with. He makes you feel comfortable immediately and throughout the process. Both Brad and Steve Veros (Sales Manager) went the extra mile to find the right X3 to meet our needs. They listened to what we wanted in the vehicle and provided great information on options, color/trim suggestions, etc. The buying experience went very smoothly; which was greatly appreciated. Adam Miller and Grant Stephens were also very friendly and professional in working through the finance issues. Jason Wolters (BMW Genius) was extremely helpful and professional in walking us through the many features of our new X3. The new facility is beautiful and the indoor area where they had placed our new X3 (and where we received our briefing from Jason) was extremely nice.
