You cannot beat this service. Exemplary is the word that comes to mind and they have lived up to that standard time and time again for me. I left the dealership feeling unwelcome and unappreciated despite just spending $6,359 on service and having purchase 3 cars there. Awful customer relations. When I pulled out my $50 service voucher they said I was too late, but then they organized a meeting of 4 people who came out a proposed a credit of $50 for next service. This was in addition to the $30 car wash credit 8 got which I need to use in the next 30 days. It was too cold to wash the car today. It’s December. Now I can wait for a warm day in the next 30 days and I can drive down from Fairfield and use my $30 wash in Darien. Guess $6,359 was too small as service bill to get treated like a valued customer. This was after the service rep sent me to the cashier to settle my bill rather than explain it to me. More
