It was the first time I worked with Ms. Romagnoli.She It was the first time I worked with Ms. Romagnoli. She listened to all me questions and requests for the first service of my X1. I left extremely happy, as most times in the past (10 years customer) when my car was ready to be picked up, I was paying the bill and go home, without any follow up from the advisers. Their valet service makes it so easy (and safe during Covid) to get my car serviced. They were politely persistent in tracking me down to schedule an appointment. I was able to text back and forth with Covid) to get my car serviced. They were politely persistent in tracking me down to schedule an appointment. I was able to text back and forth with my advisor, even to change the date. They sent me a link to a video of the technician doing a review of my car for me so I'd know what they found and what they were going to work on. This was such a great experience. I'm not sure how it could have been better! More
