Not following best precautions for corona virus interaction. Did not feel safe and won’t return while pandemic is going on. A series of things happened Even though they asked me for all loaner car information Did not feel safe and won’t return while pandemic is going on. A series of things happened Even though they asked me for all loaner car information days in advance via text and email (license,insurance, credit card) and told me I would just drop and go, the following happened: **on arrival, shown inside by a man holding the door, facing me within one foot of my face (even masked, not acceptable or even helpful) *made to go inside, even though there was an outdoor check in area (unmanned). * asked for all information I had already given * crowded by others arriving for service. No distancing asked for by employees, or marked on floor. Space was small, and crowded with employees and arriving customers. I had been given a check in time— again, not what they assured me would happen. * faced a bank of receptionists sitting closely together. The woman who checked me in had her mask pulled back to drink coffee. I then asked to wait outside, as it appeared to be a lengthy process, and in fact it took another 10 minutes.... A sales person tried to sell me more services. *the man who gave me the loaner spoke only Spanish and did not keep distance. Generally, totally unsafe and didn’t practice any procedures they assured me were in place. More
