He knows BMW vehicles really well, is an excellent representative of the dealership, and is eager to please his customer. He made the transaction easy and seamless. The original reason for my visit was to service my prior vehicle (which Frank Ciardullo handled very professionally!) but Yussef's plain-speaking, easygoing, and candid style coupled with his attention to things that mattered to me made me realize that a trade was the way to go. And the delivery process was very smooth, thanks to Anderson Cherelius. He was a true professional. Having purchased may cars previously, I know how slow and "salesy" the finance personnel can be when explaining maintenance plans, tire plans, and the like. Anderson carefully provided all the facts for each of those programs but was not at all pushy and was a pleasure to deal with. Aside from the fact that I really like my BMW, one of the strongest reasons to get another is the dealership. The service is welcoming and efficient.
