The customer service and repair of my 2024 X3 at BMW of Darien was superb. I had a punctured run flat tire. They said I could bring the car right in, the exact tire was in stock and my car was returned to Darien was superb. I had a punctured run flat tire. Jaime Gonzalez, my service advisor is very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything. He answered my question concerning the repair and other questions about my vehicle. Showroom experience was fine, up to the point of delivery of the vehicle. It failed at that point. To rake delivery if a vehicle with such complicated cabin technology with roughly a 5 minute tutorial is way of the vehicle. It failed at that point. To rake delivery if a vehicle with such complicated cabin technology with roughly a 5 minute tutorial is way short of the mark; especially so when BMW decides not to offer an owner's manual in hard copy! Adding insult to injury, the vehicle (a fleet car) was not released from that designation upon delivery, so I could not access (unbeknownst to me until I called the 800 support line) any features through the MY BMW app! Shame on you BMW of Darien... More

Dan Eager is excellent, but It took four days to repair the malfunctioning iDrive in my car, because BMW of Darien never has parts in inventory for most repairs. The BMW model of shipping parts to its dea the malfunctioning iDrive in my car, because BMW of Darien never has parts in inventory for most repairs. The BMW model of shipping parts to its dealers when needed, sometimes all the way from Germany, may work for BMW of Darien and maybe for BMW of North America, but certainly does not work for the customers waiting for their cars. When BMW of Darien had the iDrive disassembled, I could not even take my car back until the parts would be there. BMW offered a loaner, but the repair took even longer than expected and by then I had returned the loaner. BMW offered North America has shipped so many parts for my cars over the years that I would have expected them to have a better grasp of shipping times. More
