Tyler Orban was a great client advisor. He was well versed on the technology and performance of the two models of cars I was looking. The customer service and repair of my 2024 X3 at BMW of Darien was superb. I had a punctured run flat tire. They said I could bring the car right in, the exact tire was in stock and my car was returned to Darien was superb. I had a punctured run flat tire. They said I could bring the car right in, the exact tire was in stock and my car was returned to me later that day washed and beautiful! Jaime Gonzalez, my service advisor is very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything. He answered my question concerning the repair and other questions about my vehicle. Showroom experience was fine, up to the point of delivery of the vehicle. It failed at that point. To rake delivery if a vehicle with such complicated cabin technology with roughly a 5 minute tutorial is way of the vehicle. It failed at that point. To rake delivery if a vehicle with such complicated cabin technology with roughly a 5 minute tutorial is way short of the mark; especially so when BMW decides not to offer an owner's manual in hard copy! Adding insult to injury, the vehicle (a fleet car) was not released from that designation upon delivery, so I could not access (unbeknownst to me until I called the 800 support line) any features through the MY BMW app! Shame on you BMW of Darien... More
