Overall the dealership and the service has been really good. However, on my last visit I felt that the service agent was annoyed that I had purchased a coverage (tire & wheel) at the time of lease. Th good. However, on my last visit I felt that the service agent was annoyed that I had purchased a coverage (tire & wheel) at the time of lease. The fact that I had to remind the agent about the coverage slowed down readying of my vehicle and left me without a vehicle for much longer than anticipated on a day I really needed it. This dealership is fantastic but I’m specifically writing about Tim Haines who is been my sales rep since moving to Connecticut in 2019. Tim is extremely honest, responsive, thoughtful, detail oriented and i about Tim Haines who is been my sales rep since moving to Connecticut in 2019. Tim is extremely honest, responsive, thoughtful, detail oriented and is a great representation for the car in the street and BMW. I am actually leaving the Bmw family to go electric with Tesla and knowing that, Tim has still been all of the characteristics I mentioned above and then some through until the end. So much so that I felt strongly to write this review and let other people know about him. if you were in the Fairfield County area and looking for a new car, I strongly suggest reaching out to Tim and having him help you navigate the options at BMW of Darien. Terrible Service, Scammers. There is something that needs to be “changed “ each time I take my car there for oil change but somehow it fixes itself and new costly “problem”show There is something that needs to be “changed “ each time I take my car there for oil change but somehow it fixes itself and new costly “problem”shows up untill it’s forgotten by next visit. Plus they “scope” your car every six month without your consent for additional $400+ dollars when you only scheduled car for oil change. Most importantly they forget to complete basic tasks because they were so busy to sell you unnecessary parts and services. I would not recommend going there unless you take pleasure in being deceived of your $$$. More

Great reception despite minor problem with radio. Was quickly given a loaner car in case needed. Luckily just needed reprogramming.
