My car AC stopped working since late 2021, previous diagnostics were not able to identify the root cause. I sent it in again this year, Thomas Telesco and his team found the culprit and had it fixed! Jaime Gonzalez was so wonderful. He was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. He explained so much about our visit- what we were having done during yesterday’s service appointment, h He was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. Next, Jaime set up my wife’s phone on apple car play, set her seat, mirrors and steering wheel positions and recommended we have the back hatch looked at during our next visit.
