I found the vehicle on line (factory certified used) and live 80 miles from Devon. All that was left to do was inspect car (no surprises) test drive and finalize contract. I only spent about 2 hours at dealership, I did discover one flaw, cracked taillights. I had that repaired near home and Devon BMW. Sent me a check to cover the repair. great service. Definitely recommend this dealer. More

Great experience at BMW of Devon! We made a three hour drive to BMW of Devon to test drive a car. We were greeted by a pleasant client advisor named Kerry. Black Friday shoppers made the store very busy, but Kerry took all the time needed to answer all our questions and test driving the car. After agreeing on price and signing paperwork , Kerry had the car detailed and gas tank topped off for our drive home. Unfortunately upon leaving there was a mechanical problem with the car. That’s when Frank, the sales manager stepped in , and between him and Kerry they informed us that they would have the car repaired . Over the next several days, they kept us updated on the progress of the repair . Once repaired, they had our car delivered to our doorstep three hours away. This customer service and personal contact we received was outstanding . It was a pleasure doing business with BMW if Devin. Thank you, Linda and Dale More

He took the time to walk us through some of the pre-owned cars on site, went for a test ride, discussed pros and cons and the rest is history! Kerry went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs (from working late and re-arranging personal plans to making sure our new car was in tip top condition).
