From the moment we walked into the dealership, our experience with Nico Leung was outstanding. He greeted us with genuine warmth and made the entire process feel relaxed and stress-free. His deep knowledge of BMW models and technology was impressive, and he took the time to answer all our questions without rushing or upselling. One of the most exciting parts of our purchase was learning about the complimentary BMW Performance Center driving class in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Nico explained how we could combine it with a factory pickup—an immersive experience where we’ll receive professional driving instruction, explore the capabilities of our new X3, and tour the BMW manufacturing plant. It’s a full-day adventure that’s included at no extra cost, and it truly elevated our buying experience. We’re grateful for his thoughtful guidance and highly recommend working with him. More
