Mike Cramer made this purchase happen for me. I saw the car initially through a friend on line and contacted BMW of Ft Wayne, Mike provided exemplary service. Prior to seeing the car he sent me a complete and detailed video of both interior and exterior. It pretty much sealed the deal there. I came up to Ft Wayne from Carmel and he was waiting for me- I liked that. We drove the car, then had a tour of the dealership, which is veery impressive if I might say, then completed the transaction with finance assistance from Braxton, the "BMW Genius" according to his business card and then some quality time with Tyler who explained a lot of the significant amount of electronic features BMW has put into this amazing car. The atmosphere around your dealership was very inviting. Thank you for the excellent experience. I drove 1000 miles to Northern Michigan and back this past week in my new 540. Wow. A pleasure to drive. More
