We had a wonderful experience , didn’t feel like we were buying a car from a stranger but from a friend i would recommend and return as a customer. My wife and I were looking to purchase a luxury SUV, We walked into BMW as the last dealership we were going to visit after already visiting Mercedes and Audi/Porsche. Libby was great, she made our decisio walked into BMW as the last dealership we were going to visit after already visiting Mercedes and Audi/Porsche. Libby was great, she made our decision very easy. Eventhough we ended up buying a Cadillac Escalde and not a BMW (same dealership). She helped us throughout the whole process, we didnt feel pushed to make a decision and eventhough she’s a bmw rep she was super knowledgable about Cadillac and test drove the Escalade with my wife, she wasnt bias with her avdice and with trying to convince us to go with the bmw she allowed my wife and I to make the final decision. 10/10 would recommend! More
