We traded in a 2020 mini Cooper for a 2026 mini Cooper S countryman We bought the first one from Mike Cramer and had a flawless experience. My girlfriend life partner absolutely loves her new mini, everyone was pleasant the whole experience, Mike was not pushy and took us through the whole process, I met the owner Jim Kelly and wanted to ask him what it was like to make it to four Super Bowls and lose all four, of course he was a different Kelly and a lot younger but he stopped and introduced himself. Mike Cramer really enjoys his job and has developed a new car experience for us , we will be back for our third red mini and probably leasing able x1 also.
