I came to the dealership from South Bend. I've visited before for service. My wife found a Countryman she liked and inquired through the website. We arranged for a visit and as we pulled up, there's Christina standing outside waving and guiding us to a parking space. Talk about a personal touch! I have purchased LOTS of autos, but this experience was unlike any I've ever had. The whole thing was smooth and "Easy Like Sunday Morning!" The whole Kelly team was amazing.
