After several recent falls, vehicle entrance and exit are very important now. Christina suggested a few models which worked well for me. Cristina patiently and thoroughly reviewed the X5 features before, during and after the drive. She was very careful to answer all my questions and make sure I was not confused about anything. My family was with me and Christina was very considerate of them. She was kind and very fair during the price negotiations. Christina was efficient and thorough in coordinating the deal at delivery with Sarah, Tyler and Zachary. My deal also led to my daughter-in-law ordering a new BMW X5 from Christina also. I cannot say enough good things about Ashley and this dealership. I live far away from the dealership and I was hesitant about purchasing a car online. As a busy mom I had very limited time to see and drive a car I was interested in. Ashley and the BMW team understood and made the process as quick as possible and easy for me, which was completely appreciat car I was interested in.
