This was a simple process and we built a vehicle with our preferred options. Ashley walked us through this process, outlined all the conditions we needed to meet, put together the offer, and we made the purchase. The negotiations were simple and straightforward, done professionally, and were wrapped up quickly. Ashley put in the order and 7 weeks later, our new vehicle was delivered. Ashley prepped the vehicle for us and did a superb job. The dealership was somewhat disappointing for a brand as regaled as BMW. Other than a bow on the hood and a signboard, no one else bothered to thank or congratulate us for our purchase. My last BMW was purchased in Florida and that dealership presented us with a couple of BMW hats, 2 sleeves of golf xxxxx, several dealership pens, and a 2 tiered cake, along with balloons and music! The general manager and others stood in a line and shook our hands and congratulated us for our purchase. Ashley was the only one to show genuine gratitude and happiness. Not to take away from Ashley, but the appreciation was kind of vanilla when compared to others! Buying one of these vehicles is a pretty big purchase! We were very pleased with Ashley, but somewhat disappointed with BMW of Fort Wayne. More
