I've been a BMW leasee for over ten years, so I have some experience with the car leasing process. When I'm looking to renew, the salesperson is an integral part of whether I choose one dealership over anoth experience with the car leasing process. I went in for a service appt for a car I purchased a year ago at open road bmw in Edison. They were very unprofessional and I had possibly the worst experience and was never really happy with the purchase. ago at open road bmw in Edison. I asked to speak with a salesman while My car was being serviced to see if I had any options to get into a different car. Frank Catania was great! Answered all my questions and worked with his team to get me into a new car at the best price! I am very happy with the customer service of all the staff members I had the pleasure to work with today, Frank took the time to explain the features in the car and didn’t just send me on my way. I’m loving the new car. This is exactly how purchasing a new car should be. Thank you And I will def be back! More
