Honest Salesman, Excellent Experience We were pleased to work with Dori the manager and Stephen Semo the salesman on leasing our X5. After we did the paperwork, he took time on another day to sit with me and show me everything the car could do. Also, he was really nice to my young children, which was refreshing. She made my lease process super easy! I leased second car from this office. I have been working with Maria for my second car, she is very professional, knowledgeable , friendly, and overal I leased second car from this office. She explained all new features and explained all fees/charges with break down details very clearly. Still waiting for my 'Refund" after one month I bought a used 2016 X3 from Freehold at beginning of May. As I have NY license plate and need to register the X3 in NY under that plate, they told me I bought a used 2016 X3 from Freehold at beginning of May. As I have NY license plate and need to register the X3 in NY under that plate, they told me that they need to collect $479 "estimated registration cost" from me in advance and when the registration is complete (in about 2 weeks), New York State will refund the balance to me. I told the sales person that, based on my knowledge, the NY DMV fee for transferring the plate from my old car to the X3 is $75. He did not respond to my point, but continue to emphasize that "any overpayment the State will refund to you". So, I paid. I received my registration within 2 weeks as I was told. But, after one month, I am still waiting for the refund of around $400 from NYS...…... Also, when I did my final inspection of the car before I handed them the check, the Navigation was not working, the sales person told me don't worry because he re-set it that morning and it takes time to re-load. After we did all the paper work and handed them the payment, about 1pm. we got into the car and ready to go back to NY, but the navigation was still not working, after 10 min of wait (wait for the so called "re-loading"), we went back inside and the sales person was gone. We ended up drove the car to the service department to get it checked. After 3 and half hours, we were told that they can't fix the problem that day as they need to order some part first, but we can still drive the car back to NY. So we hit right into Friday afternoon rush hour. (The service manager, Bob, told us that, when the part arrives, he will send somebody to swap the X3 with a courtesy car and, after repair, swap the car back. (The repair thing is done as promised, Bob is really nice, patient, and mean what he said. I give him a Five star). More
