Terrific I was in a bad lease with a car I wasn’t happy with. Still unresolved Nicholas S was extremely attentive in th beginning. We did a lot of business over the phone. When I finally left with my lease I arrived home and noti Nicholas S was extremely attentive in th beginning. We did a lot of business over the phone. When I finally left with my lease I arrived home and noticed there was not keyless entry which I was told it had. I was also promised Sirius for a year which I still don’t have and the back wiper came off the very first time through the car wash. The drivers side mat keeps coming loose and impedes my driving in many occasions. I relayed the issue of the keyless entry which Nic promised to get me in it the cat I wanted.. That promise was never realized and was told through a late night text that it couldn’t be done as per Dori Dado. I’ve tried numerous calls and emails to no avail. This issue is not resolved and I’m very disappointed in the was it’s been handled. This is my 4th BMW and I’m extremely upset and would like to know just who can help me. More
