Incredible Experience Kang and Allen were both really helpful in helping us to recharge our key. We were really panicking when the battery to our key started to die, and th Kang and Allen were both really helpful in helping us to recharge our key. Normally, this is a service that costs $20+, so we really appreciated the service. They were both very personable and we highly recommend anyone to them. More

Online sales team not effective - lower you expectations! Very poor online sales experience. Rep not timely with simple requests for additional information regarding the condition of the car. Carfax was sho Very poor online sales experience. Rep not timely with simple requests for additional information regarding the condition of the car. Carfax was showing an accident. Online rep kept promising a response but never got back to me after 4 days of asking. In the end, the car was sold. I escalated my poor experience to management and was told cars sell all the time and my request for more information cause the delay and was my fault. As a customer courtesy, I was offered a vehicle for $20,000 more and wasn’t even close to the model I had initially asked about. I did escalate to GM and he responded appropriately. Not sure if the issue is fixed but lower your expectations and you’ll be fine – I think. More
