I am a very satisfied customer and couldn't appreciate more about the excellent work that was done to identify and fix a rattle sound from my 535ix. It was on and off and would come from the driver side. I appreciate the patience and deligence the service team took to isolate and identify the root cause. Their persistence paid off in identifying the issue with quite a few test drives. A big shutout to Laude Arnaldi, Craig and the techs involved in fixing my car. Thanks, Arvind Saddala More

Very poor end of lease mistake as I will describe. I was lured to BMW by decent word of mouth and price for a new X5...I was trading in an old X5 that was leased elsewhere but they said they would hand I was lured to BMW by decent word of mouth and price for a new X5...I was trading in an old X5 that was leased elsewhere but they said they would handle everything with the old car. I also had the insurance on the old X5 against any nicks and dings. The problem is that the person who inspected the car failed to take pictures of the minor damage which the insurance company needed for the claim. I spoke to several people at BMW financial, and they were equally surprised at the oversight. It got to the point where they did not return my calls. I am beginning to see why BMW slipped from the best selling luxury car down to the third place in 2016. Plus, I read today their profits are poor...many of my friends have had similar issues with BMW and are now happily in Audis. BMW of Freehold was more interested in numbers than a long time BMW customer who now hates the way they do business. Stay away from this dealership... More

The entire staff really went above and beyond to give me an excellent car buying experience. I received an excellent deal and my Client Advisor Orville Bynoe truly went the extra mile for me. He stayed late to help finish up my delivery process even though I insisted he could go home, and was very friendly and honest throughout the whole experience. We ran into a small issue with my BMW loyalty discount, and Nowell Herman ( one of the finance managers ) sat with me and helped me figure out a solution. Nowell was very honest and straightforward, which is refreshing when it comes to a car dealership. I was very happy with how he handled my situation and got me into the car I wanted I would highly recommend BMW of Freehold to anyone in tri state area, they will truly take care of you and make your car buying experience simple and friendly More
Didn't buy BMW so wasn't treated the same!!!! Bought a 2011 dodge darango from BMW freehold it took the day before my temporary tags to expired for them to get in contact with me claiming that pe Bought a 2011 dodge darango from BMW freehold it took the day before my temporary tags to expired for them to get in contact with me claiming that penndot needed my insurance card to process my paperwork. Which meant I couldn't drive my vehicle until I did the process myself something I paid them to do . Whoever was in charge of this process didn't find me important enough to take care of this the day I purchase the vehicle Even after talking to my insurance agent and adding the vehicle to my insurance. I feel that the last two times at that dealer was a complete inconvenience to me . Only to find out that they were completely over charging me for the process itself. And in reviewing that I realized they had found away to cost me an extra $ 1100.00 that I haven't figured out how they added it yet but I'm definitely working on that. So with all this being said I would never recommend a dealer that doesn't pay attention or recognized a problem at hand and correct it immediately. For most a dealer that finds away to scam you out of money without you noticing. (Oh !!! I bought a Dodge Durango not a BMW.) my bad. More
