Chris was great. I appreciated his customer care and would work with him again. From a dealership experience however I have misgivings. The nickel and dime of assessory fees on top of “dealer fees” beyond state documentation detracts from the experience. Also the advertised price on the website IS the MSRP… stop with the misdirection. You’re supposed to be a “luxury experience”… The staff is great, the approach needs work. More
