Pleased with BMW of Orland experience. From my initial contact throughout the entire experience, I was pleased with the service I received. When meeting the service advisor I requested an oil change, brake fluid change and cabin air filter change. Upon reviewing my bill they added a windshield wiper fluid charge for over $6.00. While the amount is negligible, it is the principle that I take issue with, especially since I just changed the wiper fluid two weeks prior. More

Almost enjoyable I was pleasantly surprised that buying a car was not as painful as I was anticipating. Horrible dealership Spent 3 days dealing with a salesperson on a vehicle. Told DAN that I wanted to put a deposit on a vehicle. 40 hours later, he gets back to me. Say Spent 3 days dealing with a salesperson on a vehicle. Told DAN that I wanted to put a deposit on a vehicle. 40 hours later, he gets back to me. Says the vehicle "has a sold tag on it" and I can put the deposit on it to hold it until I can get there. I call with my credit card info for the deposit and the car is sold out from under me. I would never deal with this dealership again. Terrible, shady dealership. DO NOT GO HERE!!! BAIT AND SWITCH More

Unbelievable Visit Staff was nice upon visit. Unfortunately I stopped in to have my oil topped off and the technician forgot to put the oil cap back on! I drove for a h Staff was nice upon visit. Unfortunately I stopped in to have my oil topped off and the technician forgot to put the oil cap back on! I drove for a hour before smoke traveled within the inside and outside of my car. Returned back and there was oil everywhere.I never expected that from the BMW dealership Ever! Hopefully everything is ok with my car. They advisor did give a loaner car, but that doesn't change what was done. I expect Top of line care from the dealer. He was a Young Mechanic. More
