Dion was easy and nice to deal with. My only issue was an oil change and courtesy wash should not take over 2 hours. Mine did. Everything else was great. When making the appointment the night before, and given many time slot options, I was told it may take between 30min to an hour to get my first oil change. So I removed a star for every 30 minutes after 30 minutes - hence a 5 star review dropped to 2 stars. Would I recommend this service center? Based on Tuesdays visit - No. But I’ll try again and give the. Another chance and instead of 930am, I’ll try 8am to have less of a chance of being backed up. More
