Steve was able to find a car I liked within my budget, and Rob made sure no detail was missed. They both ensured that I left completely satisfied. Both also ended up staying way past the closing time of the dealership to accommodate my needs. Dwayne was very efficient and thorough in explaining all the features of the car so that I could get on my way quickly. I can’t say enough great things about the service and how thankful I am for their help. Having gotten other luxury cars at nearby dealerships, I can say with confidence that this experience was the most courteous and accommodating I’ve had so far. Air Bag recall & Alignment Visit went smooth, and very professional. I signed the documents and paid for service. No one brought that to my attention as to whether this was serious or there was a corrective action to be taken. I called back to speak with my service rep. He was not in, but they promised to leave him a message to return my call - that was over 48 hours ago - still no call. More

Routine maintenance I was told the oil change would take about an hour and it actually took almost 2 hours. I thought it would have been nice to get an update on the wai I was told the oil change would take about an hour and it actually took almost 2 hours. I thought it would have been nice to get an update on the wait time when it takes more than the estimated wait time. Aside from this, John was great in getting the car in and out for me. I would definitely ask for him for my next service. More

Quickly and professionally handled my air bag recall. Very smooth process from drop off to pick up and it was clear that my time was valued, which is somewhat rare in many service departments I've used. T Very smooth process from drop off to pick up and it was clear that my time was valued, which is somewhat rare in many service departments I've used. The staff was friendly and efficient. My inital service person was John (I see 2, I'm not sure if it was Brugaletta or Desantis). He offered me a drop off and without asking I was called back by (I think) Brian when my car was ready and he had already arranged a pick-up. I was also made aware of other issues with the car and provided estimates for them but not given the hard sell as it was clear I wasn't in the market to get those issues fixed, yet. Also, my car that was being serviced is 15 years old, so I'm not a sales customer or even recent service customer, and I was in for an air-bag recall, not a normal paid service appointment, yet it seemed I received the same high quality service as the man with the brand new M3 in front of me. Also, both drop off/pickup staff were very friendly. Ford dropped me off and I think his name was Jesse (I don't see him on the below list) picked me up. Thank you very much for a quick and pleasant service appointment all around! More
