We were in the market for a pre-owned Lexus. We are from Naples and were actually on the way to another dealership when we decided to stop by. We were assigned to Burke. This guy knows his automotive stuff since he worked two decades for Jaguar and Ferrari as a parts rep. The car was priced a bit higher than others listed around the state but he worked hard to get us a great deal! Even stayed 2 hours after closing to het financing all set up. And the financing department, ask for Jude, this man is a magician!! Got us a phenomenal rate! If you are in the market, BMW of Sarasota has a great variety of pre-owned cars from Tesla’s, Cadillac’s, to Maserati (and of course BMW’s). Facility is well kept and has a nice waiting area which is nice since this can be a long process. But if you are stopping by definitely ask for Burke! He’ll get you in a great car for a great price! Rep was excellent; cordial and I believed he actually cared about finding a solution to my issue. The issue wasn’t solved.
