New microfilter installed. When starting cold, a soapy perfumy smell comes through ac vents on a cold start. The smell leaves after about a minute but always returns on a cold start. Brought the car back and they replaced the microfilter but the smell is still there. Very disappointed. Seems like a technician added a scented air freshener working through the ac vent. This was my first experience with Sarasota BMW. Lucy, my advisor, was excellent. Communicated with me throughout the process.
