Chris Siriphokha, Nehemiah, and Jesus made it the best experience I’ve had at BMW Sarasota. I really went to have my oil changed on my previous vehicle but was also interested in building a new one to tra experience I’ve had at BMW Sarasota. I really went to have my oil changed on my previous vehicle but was also interested in building a new one to transition to. Before leaving however, the team I worked with helped me find a new model I liked and subsequently ended up transitioning to the same day. The experience was very pleasant, although unexpected. Big high volume dealer with impressive showroom. Initially it was very difficult to get status. Had to keep asking. Couldn’t get him to call me. And I was given a pretty horrible loaner which I know lowered my priority for getting the car done.
