As soon as I got my car back from the last time two weeks ago getting it towed there due to concerns about the radiator leaking and overheating it was leaking fluid again. So I had it towed again. This time ago getting it towed there due to concerns about the radiator leaking and overheating it was leaking fluid again. So I had it towed again. This time it appears to be fixed. My vehicle’s restraint system warning light triggered while I was out of town in Sarasota FL. I called the dealer on a Saturday and had received a service appointment Monday morning. I brought the car in while I was out of town in Sarasota FL. I called the dealer on a Saturday and had received a service appointment Monday morning. I brought the car in and after a quick diagnosis, I was provided a loner car to allow my wife and I complete appointments while the car was repaired. The car was repaired by the next morning and on was on my way by 9:00 am. Job well done and I was treated terrifically. More

Brought my i3 in for its yearly service check. Labor costs are astronomical $343 on a brake fluid service, new A/C cabin filter, and A/C systems check. Total bill came to $545!! Took car in for new tires. Tech damaged rim. Tried to pass it off hoping I wouldn’t notice the deep scratches on the rim from them changing the tire. They used a outside contractor to try to remove the scratches and ended up with more scratches and paint blotches. Left voicemail with service manager to call me He only checks his phone twice a day according to his voicemail. Haven’t heard a word from him. It’s been a month with no resolution. I spent $3500 on service and get damage to my car. What a deal. Very unprofessional and unethical business at BMW Sarasota. More
