Jerry and I had such an excellent experience at BMW Sarasota yesterday. The dealership was well organized and we were warmly greeted. Fortunately for us, our greeter was our salesman Mario Picone. He provided outstanding service in every aspect of the sale process. Mario is a consumate professional, personable and a distinct pleasure to work with. Mario is more than a five star associate and now our favorite salesmen ever. We also received outstanding service from finance manager Jesus Castillo. He was so knowledgeable about the finance process and explained everything clearly and succinctly. He is so professional and personable as well. Again, Jesus is more than a five star associate. And yes now our favorite finance associate of all time. This was our second purchase at the dealership. Our first one went very well but our subsequent experience yesterday exceeded our first. Maria is always very friendly and helpful. It’s a BMW dealership so yes, prices will be high but they know your car.
