The sales manager was extremely helpful which led to a successful sale. A minor point,but I have purchased 5 BMW cars, at a different dealership, and my car was delivered with a full tank of gas. When I left BMW of Sarasota, there was less than 1/4 gallon of gas in my car. I'm sure an oversight, but not good for public relations. More

Good experience overall, but felt the communication and the follow up to me fell through the cracks when no update on my car. Waited for a call all day to let me know that my car needed a part and unless the follow up to me fell through the cracks when no update on my car. Waited for a call all day to let me know that my car needed a part and unless I called around 4 p.m. to follow up I would have not received an update that I did not need to return my loaner that day and was a little frustrated because of planning my day with work, etc. More
