It was a great car buying experience. I had a 2009 BMW and wanted to trade it in for a later model. We checked the website and found they did not have the specific late model car in inventory. We called and wanted to trade it in for a later model. We checked the website and found they did not have the specific late model car in inventory. We called the dealership and they put us through to Rich. We explained to Rich exactly what we wanted and he said they did not have a car in inventory which we were looking for. He said he would try and find something. Lo and behold, three days later he called and said he had the exact car we wanted. We went to the dealership and sure enough they had it. We negotiated a very fair price. We were very pleased with every aspect of our car buying experience. If you want a new or used BMW call and ask for Rich and he will bend over backwards to find you the car that meets your needs. More

I am increasingly frustrated by the issues facing my car. The battery life of my car has been seriously degrading over the last 12 months to the point of the car being nearly useless. 12 months ago, my car w The battery life of my car has been seriously degrading over the last 12 months to the point of the car being nearly useless. 12 months ago, my car would go approximately 80 miles on a single charge. Now I can only get about 45 miles on a single charge. I have received an update from the service team that the battery is sufficient, even though the car is not able to make basic drives. When dropping the car off, I was greeted with a sales pitch about how the cabin filter and electric motor (oil change) are negatively effecting the battery life, and that’s the reason for the lacking range. I explained how these things are in no way shape or form related to range duration. The update from service is that the battery is fine. My update in return is that the car is unusable in its current state. I also really don’t appreciate being given false information as a fact when dropping the car off. If I weren’t in the industry that I’m in, I probably wouldn’t have been able to refute the false claims. I’m all around disappointed. More

I owened a 528i in 1980....I had forgotten how much fun a BMW is! Thank you BMW Sarasota and thank you Susan Gatlin! More
