Collision Warning light was on leading to other issues We took our 428i convertible in due to Collision Warning Light. We decided to perform routine maintenance while we were there. Since the original Ma We took our 428i convertible in due to Collision Warning Light. We decided to perform routine maintenance while we were there. Since the original Maintenance Agreement expired, we purchased a Maintenance Program Upgrade Agreement. Since it was late on a Friday, Carlos arranged for a loaner car and we returned home. At home we received a video. During the inspection, three tires required attention and one had a nail in it. We decided to replace all four tires. After conducting our own search for tires, we called Carlos back and asked him to order the tires and alignment, Considering the current C0VID-19 restrictions, we believe that Carlos and the Service Department deserve special recognition! More
