This is our 4th vehicle from the dealership we have been doing business with Naycolle Wright and she has been so efficient, we tell her exactly what we are looking for and bam is there for us. Bobby Carr was excellent, where everything turned Rotten was during financings. First made know employee said I want to go home early. Sandra forgot her password.that made an issue to deal worth. At 7:05pm he decided to say I will get you financed on the following day. He went through the papery on your nifty screens on the desk. We were promised that we would get a call the following day. Guess what no call ever came. I tried to swap my insurance and I was speechless when I told er I had no idea. She asked who to call I gave her everything that I had and at that point she said call. She called me back in about 20 minutes saying she was not treated in a professional manner and she was not given any information and that I had to call BMW of Sarasota back so I asked for Bobby Carr and asked if he could get the information for me. I had asked what bank and interest? Bobby returned my call and said Chase he did not give me a interest at all. I feel like it was buy the car and leave us also. I did not buy any of your add ones at all. I just wanted to buy an bumper to bumper warranty and hoe kept on trying to sell us a $762.00 a month plan. We are both retired adding a 762.00 a month added another equaled $ 45,720 in five years. I can buy another vehicle. If you can sell me just a five year warranty please let me know. We were in the car trying to figure some buttons out and that is when Bobby Car came out to quickly show us some things about the car, he paired out iPhones, showed us how to shift it. The car is sitting in the garage waiting for the first mont bill to come in so we definitely know the Bank so I can insure it. Once Bobby Carr finished all of his paperwork and walked into your finance office and the first thing he says after an introduction is I planned to go home early. I just should have voided the contract and said good-bye to everyone. It certainly has left a bad feeling about the purchase of our new to us BMW. As I said if you can sell me a reasonable extended warranty please send me the information. I apologize for any misspelling, I did this on my iPhone and I can not move the cursor to correct anything with out deleting a lot of information. James Spillane More
