Greg Jones is a great person to work with. However it seems there is way too customers with car problems coming in every day. It definitely seems to be a car specific problem with the BMW brand and the low quality of the manufacturer as once a BMW is out of warranty, usually after the first four years, the car falls apart. So I will never buy a BMW product ever again. Your dealership has a lot of nerve to pass on the 3% credit card fee to the customer! You look cheap doing that. The wait time to get your car out of simple repair work is ridiculous!! It’s terrible!! More

Great experience. We started the process online and then progressed to the dealership. Talal was a fantastic sales advisor. Very low pressure, very knowledgeable and there for the customer. Jason was our finance manager and he was there for us as well. Service was great. Andrew was very helpful. However, we had a recall on our BMW X5 that would take three(3) days to complete. With that time frame, we had to rent a car Andrew was very helpful. However, we had a recall on our BMW X5 that would take three(3) days to complete. With that time frame, we had to rent a car from Hertz (they work with BMW to provide rentals). First of all, they gave us a sedan (not a similar car than our X5). Since that is our only larger car, that did not work. So they gave us a small SUV (Buick Encore). Still not large enough. The worst part was that we had to pay for gas on the rental car even though this was a recall from BMW. All recalls should not have a cost from the manufacturer (since this was a three day recall). BMW Sarasota should rethink their approach on this topic. More
