Had an appointment for 3 PM and waited 2. 5 hours for an oil change. Service advisor said the cabin air filter would be changed and as far as I see on the papers and video, it was not changed. 5 hours for an oil change. Everything was pleasant with one exception. The time between closing the deal and waiting for and finishing the paperwork was close to two hours where I signed my name nearly forty times.
