Poor service. Didn’t get service until 40 minutes after check in. Took 3 days to change a taillight assembly. 1st Uber driver was a no show for car pickup. Was shown to service reps office to pickup car and waited 30 minutes only to find he had left for the day. When car was finally delivered for pickup, despite 4 prior requests, the next service date notification on dash panel still hadn’t been updated. Note, it wasn’t reset on previous service either. I recently had to bring my car for a slow leak in the tire. I was first assisted by Loraine who had to order the replacement tire prior to my appointment. She is very professional and thorough. Lack of integrity and poor Customer service Salesman just wanted to close the deal. He was very unconscientious and did not honor his word. Dealership would make no amends.It took Sales manager two days to respond to me with an email Only. When I asked to speak with him he had his assistant call me back. I believe poor service Stems from the top. I will never purchase another car from Sarasota BMW again, nor will any of my friends and acquaintances. More

Greg was my advisor for many years when we had a 5-Series BMW. We have a Mini now. Which I love! What a fun car! I followed Jorge from Mini to BMW Service. He has went out of his way to help me get some headlights I can see with! (The Mini didn’t come with LED’s - but has them now!) I can see to drive at night now!!! What a difference! I Love what he was able to do for me!!!!! I was also able to get the service done with minimal wait time. Even gave the Mini a safety inspection and evened out the air in my tires. **It was cold one morning and the “Low tire pressure” light came on. (I put air in every tire and way much more in one but didn’t have a gauge- so needed y’all to help me.) Very professional. I LOVE the cookie bar!!! Excellent service! Car was returned clean too! Kyle Tabar the Service Manager treated me so well. He laid out several options and when I decided to go for a trade-in, they gave me the very best price. I was so impressed. This dealership was willing to stand behind their vehicle. I purchased a SUV they had on the lot and the salesperson, Raj Singh was again excellent. He called me to discuss pricing and trade values and when we agreed, he had the car prepped and ready for me on arrival from Naples to Sarasota. Everything was done quick and smooth, Outstanding to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership to work with. More
