BMW of Sarasota did a 360 degree turnaround I have already sent a review, however I will do another one. I am going to comment on the cons first. Emilio Torres was suppose to contact me befo I have already sent a review, however I will do another one. I am going to comment on the cons first. Emilio Torres was suppose to contact me before I leased the new BMW because I had some major issues and concerns from the past lease. I was not treated right on my first lease. Rob Real (salesman at the time) was so unprofessional and to be honest he was rude at times. I am only going to mention one incident. I told Rob that I was going on vacation and I would not be able to pick the car up until July 6, 2016. He did not listen to my comment and called or sent me an email 5 or 6 times in 3 days. He finally threatened that the car was going to be put into inventory. At that time I told him to keep the car and send me my deposit. In less than 5 minutes a sales manager called and told me to come in anytime to pick up the car. The problems go on and on. Now for the PRO's...I can only say that the following employees are so professional and personable too. Jon Pekar was and always will be my favorite. He was the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with in my 50+ years of driving. JP in finance was without doubt so helpful and he made me feel like family. Chad (Genie) was so helpful too. Susan was so helpful with the issues from the first lease. Gerry Gonzales treated me fair and he never put any pressure on me. I know that he worked hard in persuading me to stay with BMW. He gave me an offer that I could not refuse... I am not going to do fill in the rest of this survey as I sent one to you several days ago. More
