heartless scrupulous management Sunday afternoon my son found a car he wanted to buy. I called the dealership and asked for their best deal. While what they offered for my trade in w Sunday afternoon my son found a car he wanted to buy. I called the dealership and asked for their best deal. While what they offered for my trade in was about $3,000 less than retail Sunday night I said I would do the deal if they dropped $700 off asking price from the $999 "dealer Fee". Monday they said they needed a deposit. I offered to put the deposit on my credit card as my son was working at a new job until 7pm and coudn't bring a check down until 8:30 as he had no personal checks with him at his job in South Clearwater and his home is in North Tampa. He would have to go home get the check and drive to Sarasota. Numerous times I asked if I could put the deposit on a credit card I even offered to pay for the car completely on my credit card. "we need a deposit" So I call the manager and explain the situation and he says the cars sold someone just bought it. After offering every way I knew to get them the money I got upset with him and hung up around 4pm. The salesman texts me and says I really want to get your son the car. I tell him it's sold. Meanwhile I call my wife and son to tell them the bad news. My wife answers the phone at our bank and says the manager told her to do a money transfer so she left work early to do that. She's confused. I text my son and tell him not to go get the check the car is sold. The manager then calls me and says the people backed out of the deal do I still want it. I told him if the car was free I wouldn't want it and to stick it up his *** He then calls my wife and son to ask them!!!!! My ears are bleeding!!!!!!! INSANITY!!!!!! More
