Tire sale Brought my 328 in for 4 new tires. Made the appointment before the expiration of the tire sale to take advantage of this. Did not notice that in VERY Brought my 328 in for 4 new tires. Contacted my service rep 2 days ago who promised to see her boss to get sale price. So far, no response. I bought two BMW's from this dealer and bring them there for service. I'm hoping to hear back from this dealer soon. More

Excellent experience! Made contact with Service Manager on last Sat by e-mail. A quick response from him let me know he was not in the office. I explained my issues and Made contact with Service Manager on last Sat by e-mail. A quick response from him let me know he was not in the office. I explained my issues and he told me to just bring it in on Monday. Even with out an appointment I was quickly checked in.
