I felt I ended up with a good deal which is probably how most feel. My wife was not with me at the time we made the deal, and I needed to come back later in the day with her to sign the paperwork. Prior to my leaving, I gave them the information they needed and when I got home, I sent them a copy of my wife's license as they requested. We had a 5:30 appt. to sign the paperwork and didn't get out until 7:50. The majority of this time was sitting and waiting. I've purchased/leased many other cars and I don't remember this process ever taking close to this amount of time. It was confusing in that the dealership was not busy at all. The following comment is NOT related to Abby, but rather to at least one other employee … the desks are in an open area and most customers do not want to hear another employee complaining about 1) a lost deal earlier in the day 2) how slow it was that day 3) the person would rather not be there on this particular day. I'm sure all are frustrating experiences, but it is not something a customer needs to hear. More

They drove it and said,"fine", but then,upon my insistence,checked alignment.Way out! Charged me $200 to fix it,even though it has been out since I first got the car. Really bad business model.Won't recommend BMW to anyone.Would live to get out of lease More
