It did take a few iterations to come to terms on a vehicle but I guess that's commonplace. Marino has reached out a couple times to check in with us since our purchase, and Jamie is truly a BMW genius! We have also now met Rob in the service center where we purchased a power adapter for the fast charger. We are glad to have been able to make our new car purchase locally. We would recommend BMW of Sarasota for new auto purchase. More

Recall work was completed during my visit. When appointment was made a request for a courtesy car was confirmed, but when I got there one was not provided. The Service Advisor said the service shouldn’t take more than 90 minutes, it took about twice that amount of time. This was my first time dealing with this dealership it wasn’t a bad experience just a little disappointing. The waiting area was nice and the food and drink items were appreciated. More
