I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your dealership. After bringing my car in for flood damage assessment following a hurricane, I encountered several issue recent service I received at your dealership. After bringing my car in for flood damage assessment following a hurricane, I encountered several issues with the service provided. Firstly, I was given a quote via text message that seemed unprofessional and sketchy, with the amount being significantly higher than expected. Additionally, when a tow truck arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that my car was not ready because it needed reassembly after diagnosis. However, the video evidence provided by your dealership after my diagnosis was completed clearly showed that the car was intact. There were further discrepancies when Greg Jones, the service representative, initially claimed that it would be hours before my car was ready and refused to release to the tow company . Later, he changed his story to say it would only have been a 15-minute wait and that the tow truck driver just refused to wait 15 minutes for him . The tow truck driver had offered to wait during his lunch break, contradicting the dealership’s statement. Greg Jones also stated in a text to me that my car would allegedly not be ready until later this afternoon for release which seems incredibly sketchy and odd ( you guys sent me a video of my car after diagnosis) . Upon transferring my vehicle to another service shop, they noticed that all warning lights and codes had been mysteriously cleared, which typically requires manual intervention. Additionally, an engine oil change was performed without my consent or prior discussion. Fortunately, a reputable BMW expert was able to diagnose the issue accurately and identified the repair needed which was contrary to the thousands of dollars of repairs your team had initially quoted attempting to mislead me. Your initial claim regarding my valve was confirmed to be untrue by both my insurance company adjuster as well as the BMW expert. Luckily , they were able to read between the lines of what your team did to try to cover your tracks. This experience has led me to question the integrity and professionalism of your service department.
