Even though he has a thorough technical understanding of engineering, he is able to communicate with a layperson (like me 🧐🤪)in very “down to earth “ terms. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Andrew from Hertz. I hope I remembered his correct name. Very friendly, and very nice to work with. There’s only one reason I didn’t give the dealership 5 stars. I would like to give a shout out to my representative Nick Ring to helping me out. He was able to explain the issues with both vehicles, and made me comfortable and easy thank you, it was funny after all these years the GM remembered me.
