BMW Sarasota were very responsive in resolving a problem with our BMW. We did not have an appt and Greg and the team got the car in quickly, gave us a loaner, analyzed the issue, handled the required BMW ap with our BMW. Great service advisor but the car loaner I recieved was very dirty and half tank of gas. I had,to stop at service station and clean windows also I was promised a veterans discount that I did not recieve . very dirty and half tank of gas.
