Professional and polite yet all smoke and mirrors. This shop is 40% higher for parts and labor. Maria seems knowledgeable yet guessing the way she pushes service needed her KPI's get her some kind of This shop is 40% higher for parts and labor. Maria seems knowledgeable yet guessing the way she pushes service needed her KPI's get her some kind of bonus or commission. Every time I bring it in I get a video with $9K in service recommended. Last week I paid $800 in labor to put in a new freaking water pump bro that he "said" was leaking. As usual not what I brought it in for. Hek, you guys wanted to charge $250 to stick my car in a showe, $250 for tech to "read the screen" etc etc etc. Having video analyzed. More
