Hands down, Lucy as my service advisor has performed a miracle for me, and I will never work with another service advisor at BMW Sarasota. My AC evaporator quit on me on a Thursday and she had the car fix miracle for me, and I will never work with another service advisor at BMW Sarasota. Your front desk service is lacking though, I checked in to pick up my car after repair, two girls who barely looked high school age took my name and said they would let Lucy know. I should not have had to come back and have them redo it only to find out there’s still a major problem that they cannot figure out and they did offer to give me a loaner car, but unfortunately, I could not leave it but generally, it’s a nice place to go on shop and have your car repeat waiting room is very nice and everyone is very pleasant More
