He is well educated, knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to explain things in detail every time I take my car in for service. I am very fortunate to have him on my team. He has taken care of me numerous times and always sees that I am taken care of with my repair and given a loaner car. I do not live in Sarasota, but I drive 40 miles round-trip to go to the dealership and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Carlos treats me like family! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. More
